Receive reports

Confirm which program and stage each file belongs to.

Verify details

Check completeness and identify missing information.

Communicate separately

Send confirmed stage information to the right parties.

Separate handling

The two reports received on the same day belonged to different programs. Their ownership and completeness were checked first to prevent information from being mixed during communication.

Stage communication

Clinical providers interpret the reports. FS relayed only confirmed information and separated questions requiring physician input, without presenting a stage result as a final outcome.

Follow-up record

Post-transfer testing is followed by further checks as directed by the physician. The team recorded timing, document requirements and the responsible contact for continuity.
