Across borders
Protect every family

FS Global Ferticare Group is composed of three entities in Beijing, Hong Kong and Bishkek. It is one of the few assisted reproductive consulting organizations in China that truly has a localized operation team in the destination country.

Localization operations team

The resident team in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, provides translation, medical escort, transportation, and accommodation assistance, allowing the client to feel as safe as home in a foreign country.

Professional medical knowledge background

Founder Frank has been deeply engaged in the field of assisted reproduction for ten years and continues to output medical education content through YouTube "Frank Talks Global Surrogacy" and WeChat public account "FS FERTICARE", committed to delivering true, professional and unbiased knowledge.

Compliance and transparency, rights protection

Cases are reviewed against Kyrgyzstan's current assisted-reproduction procedure, clinic requirements and civil-registration process. Eligibility, contract formalities and cross-border recognition are checked for each family's facts before treatment.

Surrogate and donor resource selection FS Reproductive Consultation and Project Implementation Confinement care and handover support

From consultation to holding a baby
Clear and transparent every step

The following process is based on the FS Global Kyrgyzstan process guide and truly reflects the complete operation path.

01

Free consultation and confirmation of intention

All free consultation services are provided before the project starts, to understand the client's needs, physical condition and expected goals in detail, and to determine the willingness and suitable plan for the project.

02

Medical records and clinician review

The receiving clinic first issues a case-specific written test list. Licensed local providers complete the tests and return the original reports; the receiving clinician then decides whether IVF is appropriate, whether further review is needed and when travel may be considered.

03

Information collection and authentication

Provide identity and relationship records that match the actual family structure. Prepare the POA and authentication only after written review by local counsel, the clinic and receiving authorities; timing depends on issuers, translation, notarisation, authentication and delivery.

04

Confirm appointments and entry requirements

Arrange travel only after receiving the clinic appointment, legal document pre-review and valid entry permission. The clinician sets the arrival date from the cycle and test results; visas, health records and other entry documents follow the current rules of the responsible authorities and airline.

05

Stimulation, monitoring and retrieval

A reproductive physician determines medication, monitoring, trigger timing and retrieval for the individual patient. Cross-border split monitoring proceeds only after two licensed clinics document prescribing, follow-up, data transfer and emergency responsibilities; patients should not source, change or inject prescription medication outside that plan.

06

Embryo culture and PGT-A assessment

After ICSI fertilization, embryos are usually cultured to the blastocyst stage. A laboratory may test cells biopsied from the trophectoderm to provide information about chromosome copy number. Mosaicism, sampling limits and inconclusive results remain possible; PGT-A is not a “healthy embryo certificate” and does not guarantee implantation or live birth. Testing, and any medically indicated discussion of sex-chromosome information, must be decided case by case under local law and ethics rules. See the ASRM 2024 committee opinion.

07

Gestational-carrier screening and matching

The clinic and independent counsel complete separate medical, psychosocial and legal reviews before matching. Whether PGT-A is used, when a match is confirmed and when endometrial preparation begins depend on the embryos, the carrier's cycle and the treating clinician's plan.

08

Notary public signs surrogacy agreement

The client and the surrogate must sign a surrogacy agreement in person at a notary office in Kyrgyzstan (a legally required procedure). To change surrogates, you must first terminate the original agreement and then sign a new agreement with the new surrogate.

09

Embryo transfer and pregnancy follow-up

The treating clinician decides the duration of endometrial preparation, transfer readiness and embryo order from ultrasound, hormones, history and embryo records; there is no universal number of days or thickness threshold. The clinic schedules blood hCG and ultrasound from the protocol and symptoms, and a single hCG result does not by itself confirm a viable intrauterine pregnancy.

10

Pregnancy care and report coordination

The obstetric team sets review and referral frequency from gestational age, history, results and symptoms. With authorization, the coordination team organizes and translates reports; urgent symptoms are handled under the medical provider's emergency instructions.

11

Birth registration and cross-border document support

After birth, we can help organize, translate and submit records under the latest written instructions. Birth registration, parentage, nationality, authentication, passport or travel document, visa and entry are separate decisions made by the responsible authorities; issuance and return dates are not guaranteed.

Existing embryos may be transported only after the sending clinic, receiving clinic, licensed courier and relevant authorities approve the route in writing. PGT-A is not a universal prerequisite; if testing was performed, submit the complete laboratory report with embryo, cycle and infection-screening records.

1

Document preparation

Submit embryology, cycle, infection-screening and identity records required in writing by both clinics. If PGT was performed, include the original laboratory report for review.

2

POA preparation

After clinic pre-review, prepare, sign, translate, notarise and authenticate the POA under the lawyer's and receiving authority's written instructions. Timing depends on issuers, authentication and delivery; avoid non-refundable travel until completion.

3

Confirm transport approval and handover

The licensed courier and both clinics must confirm export, import, authorization, infection screening, cold-chain, receipt and acceptance records. Required certificates, translation, notarisation or authentication vary by origin, destination and specimen; a generic checklist does not replace written approval.

4

Surrogates preparation

After the embryos arrive at Kyrgyzstan Hospital, the surrogates begin a comprehensive physical examination and enter the endometrial conditioning cycle.

5

Notary public signs surrogacy agreement

The client and the surrogate shall sign in person at the notary office (a legally required procedure).

6

Embryo transfer

The treating clinician confirms transfer readiness from the embryo records and endometrial preparation. Intended parents participate in embryo-order decisions after medical and genetic counselling.

7

Pregnancy testing and obstetric care

The clinic schedules blood hCG, repeat testing and ultrasound according to the transfer protocol, result trend and symptoms. With authorization, reports can be translated; medical providers assess and manage any abnormal findings.

8

Birth and cross-border document support

We can help organize and submit birth-registration, parentage, authentication and travel-document records. Each authority reviews its own issue; no issuance, entry or completion date is guaranteed.

This is a pre-review framework, not an eligibility decision or fixed document list. Identity, marriage or cohabitation, genetics, donor use and foreign documents must be confirmed in writing by a local lawyer, clinic, notary and birth registry for the actual facts.

unmarried couple

Unmarried Couple
  • Submit only identity and relationship evidence that matches the facts
  • If required, cohabitation evidence must be genuine and verifiable
  • Obtain an independent local lawyer's written review of the current procedure
  • Have the clinic, notary and birth registry confirm medical and document conditions
  • Do not treat a template declaration as authority approval

Single man

Individual Review Required
  • Do not add a nominal female partner or submit a relationship statement that is not true
  • Obtain an independent local lawyer's written eligibility opinion before payment or transfer
  • Ask the clinic, notary and birth registry to confirm separately in writing
  • Confirm genetics, donor use, parentage and birth-registration requirements
  • Separately review nationality, DNA and travel-document requirements at home

Single women

Single Female
  • Single status does not create automatic program eligibility
  • Obtain an independent local medical and legal review
  • Have the clinic, notary and birth registry confirm required documents
  • Confirm gamete source, parentage, birth registration and cross-border documents
  • Submit only genuine, verifiable and current records

Key Compliance Rules

Written pre-clearance
Before payment or embryo transfer, have the lawyer, clinic, notary and birth registry each confirm the current procedure, contract form and required documents.
Facts must match
Identity, marriage or cohabitation, genetics and gamete sources must match the facts; never use a nominal partner or false relationship evidence.
Separate cross-border review
Local birth registration does not automatically settle foreign parentage, nationality, DNA, passport or travel-document requirements.

Start these checks before paying or booking, and wait for written confirmation from the clinic, counsel, notary, authentication and entry authorities. Timing varies by case and authority; there is no universal countdown.

1

Prepare authenticated documents

After eligibility and genuine records are confirmed, follow the written checklist from counsel, notary, authentication and receiving authorities for the POA and translations. Required records and processing time vary by issuing jurisdiction.

2

Assess whether split monitoring is safe

Use split monitoring only when two licensed clinics document prescribing, medicine supply, monitoring parameters, result transfer, follow-up and emergency responsibility. Do not mail prescription medication, change doses or use unlicensed home-injection services.

3

Complete the case-specific test list

The receiving clinician issues a written list based on gamete source, proposed treatment, history and local rules. Tests and validity periods are not fixed; reconfirm acceptance before travel.

4

Verify entry permission

Before booking, check the current visa-free or e‑Visa rules, passport validity, documents and processing time through official Kyrgyz channels and the airline. Do not plan around historical processing estimates before approval.

5

Book only after confirmation

Use changeable or refundable travel and accommodation only after appointments, entry permission and critical documents are confirmed. Length of stay depends on treatment response, reviews, documents and flights; no fixed cycle is promised.

6

Prepare for matching, if applicable

Matching and contracting follow medical screening, independent consent, legal pre-review and confirmation of the embryo plan. Candidate availability and timing cannot be guaranteed, and PGT-A is not a fixed prerequisite for every case.

Important tips

Recheck passport, visa and entry rules with official sources and the airline before every trip. If family status changes, stop using the old file and obtain a fresh written review from counsel, clinic, notary and registry.

Home page high frequency issues

If you have just started to learn about overseas surrogacy, you are usually most concerned about "whether it is legal, how much it will cost, whether PGT-A is necessary, and what are the dangers of underground surrogacy." Here is a quick judgment version for you.

Is surrogacy legal in Kyrgyzstan?

Kyrgyzstan publishes a current assisted-reproduction procedure and a documented route for registering a child born to a surrogate carrier. Eligibility, contract form, local parentage and foreign recognition must be checked for the family's exact circumstances.

How much does surrogacy cost in Kyrgyzstan?

As of 2 August 2026, market plans reviewed by FS commonly indicate an overall budget of about RMB 500,000–800,000; this is not an official tariff or quote. Medical care, carrier-related costs, legal and cross-border documents and support must be itemized in writing, and PGT-A is included only after case-specific clinical review.

Is PGT-A necessary?

There is no universal answer. PGT-A tests chromosome copy number in cells biopsied from a blastocyst and may inform embryo selection for some patients. Its value as universal screening for all IVF patients has not been demonstrated. Use should be discussed case by case based on egg-provider age, ovarian reserve, expected embryo yield, prior history, laboratory capability and personal trade-offs; per-transfer outcomes are not the same as cumulative live birth per retrieval. Read the ASRM 2024 committee opinion.

Why can’t we use underground surrogacy?

Because there is no legal guarantee. The most common consequences are loss of funds, invalid contracts, lack of medical supervision, difficulties in child identification procedures, and almost no recourse after disputes occur.

A real case showing the legal gap between “born in Kyrgyzstan” and “legal surrogacy in Kyrgyzstan”: agreement, notarization and parentage must all close the loop.

Ten years of focused work
One field, handled with care

Let’s start with a question: What would we do if it were our own family? This is the starting point for every service decision at FS Global.

The destination is truly localized

A dedicated team is stationed in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, instead of being subcontracted by an intermediary, ensuring that someone is truly responsible for every link.

Written confirmation of cost scope

Known costs, currency, validity and change triggers are explained before signing. Medical changes, extra documents or newly requested services are confirmed in writing; no fixed or zero-additional-cost promise is made.

Medical knowledge driven, not sales driven

Frank has published educational content for ten years. He does not exaggerate success rates or belittle competitors in exchange for customers, but only uses real knowledge to build trust.

Legally reviewed document workflow

Each case follows the destination’s statutory process, notary procedure and document chain, with case-specific review before the next step is confirmed.

Clarify the boundaries before case decisions

FS Global Ferticare Group uses information organization, pathway prompts and human review to help families build a traceable decision framework across medical, legal, documentation and timeline questions.

Human review

AI and website content are for preliminary organization only. Diagnosis, medication, contracts, documents and parentage matters require FS advisor and professional review.

Traceable document workflow

Each case is checked by destination procedure, notarization, translation, certification and birth-stage documentation. Verbal assurances do not replace document review.

Privacy first

Users are encouraged to mask unnecessary identifiers such as passport numbers, ID numbers and full addresses. Public case content does not use identifiable personal details.

No success promise

Medical conditions, destination rules and documentation paths differ by family. FS provides staged information and case review, not a universal success-rate promise.
