Across borders
Protect every family

FS Global Ferticare Group is composed of three entities in Beijing, Hong Kong and Bishkek. It is one of the few assisted reproductive consulting organizations in China that truly has a localized operation team in the destination country.

Localization operations team

The resident team in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, provides translation, medical escort, transportation, and accommodation assistance, allowing the client to feel as safe as home in a foreign country.

Professional medical knowledge background

Founder Frank has been deeply engaged in the field of assisted reproduction for ten years and continues to output medical education content through YouTube "Frank Talks Global Surrogacy" and WeChat public account "FS FERTICARE", committed to delivering true, professional and unbiased knowledge.

Compliance and transparency, rights protection

Strictly operated in accordance with Kyrgyzstan's "Citizens' Health Protection Law" (effective on January 12, 2024) and local judicial procedures. All surrogacy agreements must be signed in person at a notary office, and the entire process is legally compliant.

Focus on users’ true search intent
Quickly access corresponding topics

Surrogacy, IVF, overseas birth planning, single-parent pathways, legal destinations, country-by-country differences — start from the topic that matters most to you.

National path and legal surrogacy

Focusing on high-frequency country terms such as Kyrgyzstan surrogacy, Georgia surrogacy, U.S. surrogacy, Colombian surrogacy and Malaysian surrogacy, it is priority to establish an understanding framework of "national path + legal feasibility + cost difference".

Family pathways and overseas birth planning

Targeting search needs such as single births, Single men, single women, LGBT/same-sex births, returning overseas births, and family identity design, the focus is on “the feasibility differences of different identities in different countries.”

IVF, PGT-A and cost decisions

IVF, third-generation IVF, PGT-A, surrogacy costs and success rates are the most common combined search intentions. Here, technical understanding, budget judgment and project preparation are separated, making it easier for users to proceed to the next step of consultation.

Comprehensive assisted reproductive solutions

From initial consultation to birth-stage documentation, FS Global provides structured support across medical coordination, legal documents, local execution and case review.

In vitro fertilization (IVF) consultation

The professional team assists in assessing personal conditions, connects with Kyrgyzstan’s partner hospitals, formulates personalized ovulation promotion plans (IVF / ICSI / PGT-A/M), and answers all medical questions.

Full surrogacy service

Surrogates are screened and matched; notarized agreements, endometrial preparation, embryo transfer, pregnancy management, medical report translation, newborn delivery, and return-home document steps are coordinated end to end.

Egg donation service

Assist in selecting and matching egg donors (egg providers), complete medical examination and genetic screening to ensure the egg donation process is safe, compliant, and information transparent.

Embryo transfer service

Clients who already have embryos can directly transfer the embryos from domestic or other institutions to Kyrgyzstan's cooperative hospitals. There is no need to repeat ovulation induction and egg retrieval, and they can directly enter the embryo transfer process.

Legal Documents and Apostille

Assist in processing the POA representative letter of attorney, apostille certification and translation notarization. The standardized processing will be completed within 14 working days to ensure that the document is legal and valid in Kyrgyzstan.

Full companionship and life support

Airport pick-up, accommodation assistance, on-site translation, hospital accompaniment, visa application, and landing certificate processing allow you to have a team by your side in real time every day in Bishkek.

In addition to cross-border fertility and legal pathway consulting, FS continues to build connected support from resource selection and destination execution to birth-stage care and post-birth arrangements.

Upstream Resource

FS Donors

Exclusive selection portal for surrogate and donor resources

For the display, screening and awareness-building of egg donor and surrogate resources, it helps the client to more efficiently understand the resource structure, matching logic and alternative paths before entering the formal plan, and improves the front-end decision-making efficiency of overseas surrogacy and IVF projects.

  • View surrogate and donor resources with clearer matching directions
  • Provide an independent entrance for egg donation, resource screening and early cross-border fertility communication
  • As the upstream resource selection page before FS project execution

Surrogate and donor resource selection FS Reproductive Consultation and Project Implementation Confinement care and handover support

From consultation to holding a baby
Clear and transparent every step

The following process is based on the FS Global Kyrgyzstan process guide and truly reflects the complete operation path.

01

Free consultation and confirmation of intention

All free consultation services are provided before the project starts, to understand the client's needs, physical condition and expected goals in detail, and to determine the willingness and suitable plan for the project.

02

Domestic physical examination and doctor evaluation

According to the requirements of Kyrgyzstan’s cooperative hospitals, the client completes sperm/ovum/pregnancy examination projects in China, and the report is fed back to overseas doctors for evaluation. If video consultation is required, a plan to travel to Kyrgyzstan will be made after confirming that IVF can be performed.

03

Information Collection and Apostille

Both parties provide scanned copies of passports, ID cards, and marriage certificates, and simultaneously start the production of POA representative power of attorney and apostille authentication (about 14 working days). If egg donation is needed, egg donors will be selected simultaneously.

04

Travel to Kyrgyzstan to start the medical process

Women should go to Kyrgyzstan in advance 1-5 days (or the same day) before menstruation. While in the hospital: meet with the doctor, sign a medical contract, and determine the cycle schedule. Accompany the applicant to apply for a visa on arrival and issue a certificate of "no history of drug abuse or mental illness".

05

Ovulation induction and egg/sperm retrieval

The doctor develops a personalized ovulation stimulation plan, performs regular ultrasound follicle monitoring, and retrieves eggs after night injection (15-20 minutes). An optional joint promotion plan between the two places is available to complete part of the monitoring in China in advance to reduce the stay time in Kyrgyzstan.

06

Embryo culture and PGT-A screening

After ICSI fertilization, the embryos are cultured for 5-7 days to the blastocyst stage, and external trophoblast cells are intercepted for PGT-A testing to rule out chromosomal abnormalities, screen healthy embryos for embryo transfer, and feed back quantity, grade, and gender information.

07

Fertility Surrogate Matching

Screening of surrogates begins during the PGT-A reporting period and is formalized once the results are available. Surrogates pass a comprehensive physical examination (blood, infectious disease, gynecological, uterine evaluation), and start endometrial conditioning on the second day of their menstrual period.

08

Notary public signs surrogacy agreement

The client and the surrogate must sign a surrogacy agreement in person at a notary office in Kyrgyzstan (a legally required procedure). To change surrogates, you must first terminate the original agreement and then sign a new agreement with the new surrogate.

09

Embryo transfer and pregnancy test

About 20 days after the endometrial conditioning, ultrasound confirms that the endometrial thickness reaches the standard (≥8mm), and the client gives priority to the embryo transfer. HCG blood test will confirm pregnancy 12-14 days after embryo transfer, and fetal heart rate will be checked by ultrasound about 14 days later.

10

Pregnancy management and report return

Surrogates undergo regular monthly check-ups according to strict prenatal check-up standards after pregnancy. The medical translator obtains the inspection report as soon as possible and translates it back to the client, ensuring information transparency throughout the process.

11

Newborn birth and return procedures

After the newborn is born, we will assist in handling all the documents and procedures required for the baby to return home, including birth certificate, apostille, passport application, etc., and accompany the baby throughout the entire process until he arrives home smoothly.

Embryo transfer customers do not need to undergo IVF ovulation induction and egg retrieval in Kyrgyzstan. They can directly transfer existing embryos from other medical institutions to Kyrgyz partner hospitals to enter the surrogate matching and embryo transfer process. Applicable to clients who have completed PGT-A screening and hold transferable embryos.

1

Document preparation

After the PGT-A results come out, prepare the embryo report, client passport information, and physical examination report during the in vitro fertilization period, and submit them to the hospital for review.

2

POA file production

After the hospital passes the review, a power of attorney will be produced, signed by the customer and mailed to the domestic office. Hong Kong translation and apostille certification will then be arranged (about 7 working days). Once completed, it will be mailed to Kyrgyzstan.

3

Preparation of embryo transport documents

It is necessary to prepare the transporter's certificate, the translation and notarization of the transportation license, and the parents' transportation authorization letter (apostille is required); for transportation out of the hospital, a medical record, an embryo report, and a letter declaring the status of infectious diseases are required. After mutual confirmation between the two hospitals, the Jiguo Clinic will fill in the "Biological Materials Transfer Acceptance Certificate".

4

Surrogates preparation

After the embryos arrive at Kyrgyzstan Hospital, the surrogates begin a comprehensive physical examination and enter the endometrial conditioning cycle.

5

Notary public signs surrogacy agreement

The client and the surrogate shall sign in person at the notary office (a legally required procedure).

6

embryo transfer

The client gives priority to the embryos to be transferred and completes the embryo transfer.

7

Pregnancy test and pregnancy management

HCG blood test will confirm pregnancy 12-14 days after embryo transfer, and fetal heart rate will be checked by ultrasound about 14 days later. During pregnancy, prenatal check-ups are carried out on time, and the medical translator will translate the report back as soon as possible.

8

Procedures for returning newborns to the country

After the newborn is born, we will assist in handling all documents and procedures, and accompany you throughout the entire journey back to the country.

Depending on the marital status of the client, the required documents and apostille certification materials are different. Please check the corresponding list according to your actual situation.

Key Compliance Rules

Notary's signature
All entrusting parties are required to sign a surrogacy agreement with the surrogate in person at a notary office. Every time you change an surrogate, you must first sign a termination agreement with the previous one, and then sign a new agreement with the new one.
Female companion's identity locked
If there is already a successful surrogate, the identity of the female companion cannot be changed at this time. Even if the surrogate needs to be replaced, the original female companion must continue to sign a new agreement.
Marital status frozen
During the project period, please do not change your marital status (such as a single person getting married, a couple getting divorced) until you have a child, otherwise it will affect subsequent procedures.

It is recommended that the client reserve at least one month before officially leaving for Kyrgyzstan to complete the following six major preparations. Adequate preliminary preparation can effectively avoid project delays caused by documentation, inspection or itinerary issues.

1

Apply for apostille documents

Once the agreement is signed (online or offline), the POA document and apostille certification process begins. If you need sperm/egg donation services, donors need to be selected in advance. The processing cycle is about 14 working days (including production, signing, mailing to Hong Kong for translation and certification).

2

Assessing whether the two places can jointly promote discharge

Based on the physical condition of the client, communicate with the doctor whether to choose a joint ovulation promotion plan between the two places. If you choose, you need to prepare the medicine in advance and mail it to the city where the client is located. At the same time, contact local clinics that can monitor follicles and provide door-to-door injection services.

3

Complete all domestic inspection items

Complete all examination items in strict accordance with the requirements of Kyrgyzstan's cooperative hospitals (four categories of sperm prescription/ovum prescription/pregnancy prescription/self-collection and self-pregnancy). Pay attention to the validity period of each inspection and arrange the time reasonably to avoid the report expiring before leaving for Kyrgyzstan.

4

Apply for electronic visa

Apply for the Kyrgyzstan electronic visa (e-Visa) about 15 days in advance and ensure that the passport is valid for more than 3 years. Visa approval usually takes 5-7 working days.

5

Buy air tickets and book hotels

Purchase round-trip air tickets and book accommodation in Bishkek in advance according to the week entry time determined by the doctor. It is recommended to reserve sufficient time to stay in Kyrgyzstan (the promotion cycle is about 10-14 days).

6

Surrogate pre-matching (if applicable)

If you want to sign an surrogate agreement at the same time when you go to Kyrgyzstan for the first time, you need to coordinate in advance whether there are surrogates willing to wait 1-2 months for PGT-A results. Normally, surrogates begin matching during or after obtaining their PGT-A results report.

Important tips

The passport validity period must be reserved for more than 3 years. Please do not change your marital status during the project, otherwise it may affect subsequent procedures. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our advisory team.

Home page high frequency issues

If you have just started to learn about overseas surrogacy, you are usually most concerned about "whether it is legal, how much it will cost, whether PGT-A is necessary, and what are the dangers of underground surrogacy." Here is a quick judgment version for you.

Is surrogacy legal in Kyrgyzstan?

legitimate. Kyrgyzstan has clarified that surrogacy will be legalized by Article 104 of the "Citizens' Health Protection Law" starting in 2024. The agreement must be signed at a notary office, and the entrusting party will be registered as the legal parent after birth.

How much does surrogacy cost in Kyrgyzstan?

The common range of the full package is about RMB 500,000 to RMB 800,000, which usually covers IVF, PGT-A, surrogate-related fees, legal notarization, apostille certification and basic escort services, depending on individual circumstances.

Is PGT-A necessary?

It is particularly valuable for those who are elderly, have recurrent miscarriages, have repeated transfer failures, or wish to improve screening efficiency. It won't solve all problems, but it can help reduce the number of abnormal embryos that make it to the transfer stage.

Why can’t we use underground surrogacy?

Because there is no legal guarantee. The most common consequences are loss of funds, invalid contracts, lack of medical supervision, difficulties in child identification procedures, and almost no recourse after disputes occur.

Ten years of focused work
One field, handled with care

Let’s start with a question: What would we do if it were our own family? This is the starting point for every service decision at FS Global.

The destination is truly localized

A dedicated team is stationed in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, instead of being subcontracted by an intermediary, ensuring that someone is truly responsible for every link.

Transparent fees, no hidden expenses

A complete list of costs is presented before signing, and there are no additional charges during the project, so that every penny is spent clearly.

Medical knowledge driven, not sales driven

Frank has published educational content for ten years. He does not exaggerate success rates or belittle competitors in exchange for customers, but only uses real knowledge to build trust.

Clarify the boundaries before case decisions

FS Global Ferticare Group uses information organization, pathway prompts and human review to help families build a traceable decision framework across medical, legal, documentation and timeline questions.

Human review

AI and website content are for preliminary organization only. Diagnosis, medication, contracts, documents and parentage matters require FS advisor and professional review.

Traceable document workflow

Each case is checked by destination procedure, notarization, translation, certification and birth-stage documentation. Verbal assurances do not replace document review.

Privacy first

Users are encouraged to mask unnecessary identifiers such as passport numbers, ID numbers and full addresses. Public case content does not use identifiable personal details.

No success promise

Medical conditions, destination rules and documentation paths differ by family. FS provides staged information and case review, not a universal success-rate promise.
