The baby's birth certificate and travel formalities completed
On 15 October, staff accompanied clients to arrange the baby's birth certificate and travel-related paperwork in preparation for taking the baby home. The formalities handled that day were completed.
The group brought their documents to an office and a public service hall, with time spent in the waiting area. In the hall, a client posed with the papers in a clear document folder. The group also took a photo together outside.
